BREAKFAST: Bran porridge (John), bran muffins (Sawa).
LUNCH: Satsumaage (John) Tofu burgers (Sawa).
DINNER: Salmon and ratatouille (John & Sawa).
OTHER: A couple small cookies.

Another good loss today. It's funny, Sawa was going on about how she could see her ribs if she stretched now. No kidding. She's getting really slim. Where are my ribs though? The barbecue sauce is waiting!
