LUNCH: Chicken marsala (John), Tofu noodle(Sawa).
DINNER: Sashimi and tofu burger (John and Sawa).
OTHER: Crab stick.

I've been down to this weight three times now and seem to be having trouble breaking this barrier. What to do? I guess I'll just have to go for a really long walk tomorrow.
