Lost - JOHN: 0.8Kg   SAWA: 1.0Kg
The menu
BREAKFAST: Tofu burgers (John), bran muffins (Sawa).
LUNCH:  Chicken Breast (John) Tofu burgers (Sawa).
DINNER: Bran porridge (John), Jelly (Sawa).
OTHER: Fish cakes.
Exercise
Walked home from work.
Notes
Doing pretty well here.  We're both down almost a kilo.  It's days like these that you really feel you can reach your goal.  Much different from the "drifting" feeling I've had with other diets.
